Sullivan v. Sullivan: Stock & Appreciation

The Supreme Court of Georgia affirmed the trial court’s award to the husband for shares of stock in his closely-held corporate employer. The husband was entitled to his shares and any appreciation from time of marriage because the trial court found there was a lack of clear evidence of marital investment in the stock.
