IAG Forensics Supporting SPSU Internship with Cobb Co DA’s Office

IAG Forensics & Valuation is proud to support a new fraud examination internship program with the Cobb County District Attorney’s office for 3 students from Marietta’s own Southern Polytechnic State University. The internship program was developed by Professor William Beeken, accounting instructor, CFE and CPA, in coordination with the CCDA. The students will be working on all kinds of fraud cases with alleged losses ranging from $1 million to $7 million, according to Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney (white collar crime), John Melvin. The students will be under the supervision of a a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and will be qualified to testify as an expert witness at trial in the cases they complete as a result of their work.Click here for complete details.
